This is a Network Marketing Plan that requires you to build a team by inviting three direct referrals. It is a follow the 3x3 Forced matrix system with a Follow the leader board system that has a spill over effect.

You => 3 direct referrals => their 9 direct referrals => their 27 direct referrals.

You -> 3 -> 9 -> 27 = 39 people advances you at each stage. As the network grow deeper and deeper, the same 39 people join you at every board to cycle you out.

The COMPENSATION Plan:

The compensation plan is made up of 5 stages of payment.

STAGE 1 :
STARTER (Pioneer) Board -  this is where everyone joining the business starts from.

This is a 3x3 matrix that serves as an intro. When this board is filled, you'll then proceed to the next board. So, you are expected to tell your friends and family about the funds we grant. At this stage we assume you are a pioneer just starting to realize that you have a talent that you want to train for. So when you cycle out, the fund here will help you train as a
trades man. Catering, Tailoring, Hair-Dressing, Barbing, Petty Trading etc, all can benefit from this. When you cycle out of the Pioneer board , you are given a grant worth, NGN10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira Only) Bonus paid directly to your bank account. With this you can learn your new trade or start a petty outfit. You're also paid every time you refer a new member. You get a reward bonus of NGN200 per recruit. Essentially, you are in profit already. You are set to start earning real bucks. Once you have qualified to advance to the next board, you are now the boss!

STAGE 2 : 
MANAGER Board -

After the Pioneer Board comes the Manager Board. It is also similar in structure to the other boards in that it is also a 3x3 matrix. But this is more exciting.

At this point, you have learnt a trade and you'd
want to invest some money into it and grow your business so, when you cycle from the Manager Board , you receive, a NGN300,000 (Three Hundred Thousand Naira
Only) Business Grant. You also get tools for your trade to the tune of over NGN300,000 such as:

- Ovens, Mixers & Deep Freezers for Caterers
- Sewing Machines, Generator and Manikins
for Tailors
- Dryers, DVD Home Theater, 42" LED TV set
& 3.5 kva Gen set
- DVD Home Theater, 42" LED TV set & 3.5
kva Gen set
- Laptops, phones etc for the office workers,
etc. Remember, you get paid NGN200 for any Extra New Direct Recruit you refer all the way

STAGE 3
DIRECTOR BOARD - 

The Director board is also similar in structure to the other boards in that it is also a 3x3 matrix. But this is more exciting.
When you cycle you're rewarded with:
- N1.5 million Business Grant to help you grow your business.
- N1 million Rent Support to push your boundaries further.

Remember, you get paid NGN200 for any Extra New Direct Recruit you refer

STAGE 4 
RUBY-DIRECTOR -
This is similar in structure to the previous boards. When you cycle from this board, you are rewarded with:
-NGN2.5 million Business Expansion Grant
-A Hyundai Santafe SUV
-Well furnished 4 Bed Room Flat in our estate in Lagos environs.
-All Expense Paid Trip abroad with your family
worth NGN3 Million

Note: The N2.5m Business Grant will be paid instalments of N64,000. This will be paid when any of your downliners qualifies as a Ruby Director. All other gifts will be paid as follows:

-Travel Bonus will be paid at the end of the first
level
-Luxury car gift will be given at the completion of the second level
-The 4 Bedroom Flat will be awarded on the
completion of the 3rd and final level of the Ruby director.
